In this section, the SEC requires a written description of the business. Provide the following information: • Describe organizational history of the company • Describe principle products and services. If exists, provide dollar amount and whether orders will be filled during fiscal year • Detail information about contracts with governmental agencies • Detail competitive conditions in market • Detail estimated research and development expenses • Costs associated with complying with environmental regulations • Disclose number of company employees and how many are classified as part time or full time |
