In this section, the SEC requires a written description of the business. Provide the following information:

• Describe organizational history of the company
• Describe principle products and services. If a product accounts for 10% of total revenue, provide a chart showing how much revenue each product has generated in the periods covered by financial statements
• Describe potential markets and customers
• Detail methods for distributing products and services
• Provide information about availability of raw materials
• Provide information about intellectual property
• Indicate whether company holds large reserves of inventory to meet customer demands
• Information about company warranties and return policies
• Information about order backlogs. If exists, provide dollar amount and whether orders will be filled during fiscal year
• Detail information about contracts with governmental agencies
• Detail competitive conditions in market
• Detail estimated research and development expenses
• Costs associated with complying with environmental regulations
• Disclose number of company employees and how many are classified as part time or full time
